app-emulation/cloud-init-17.1 requires PrettyTable to run, but the ebuild doesn't specify it as RDEPEND. https://github.com/cloud-init/cloud-init/blob/ubuntu/17.1-0ubuntu1/requirements.txt#L7

Note that this dependency has been removed in 17.2 (not yet released)
https://github.com/cloud-init/cloud-init/commit/f010594beb75e146091db47b7d72d1fc1d763e98
but still exists in 17.1.

(Sorry crash log was accidentally gone. Confirmed reproduce with python3.4)
