A new version of Intel microcode is available at
 
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27337/Linux-Processor-Microcode-Data-File?v=t

The version available there is version 20171117

The reason for my initial higher priority setting is that I suspect that the version might be related to the security issues mentioned at

Thank you for explaining the rating.

However, this is not the case. For the ME/TXT thing you need a new UEFI/ME firmware from your motherboard/system vendor. Microcode updates addresses things like shown in bug 624556.
