The end of the installation process for apache-2.0.50-r1 tries to create /usr/lib/apache2/logs as a symlink pointing to /var/log/apache2 -- but on macos, there is no /var/log/apache2 directory, and so the ebuild fails.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ekeyword macos /usr/local/portage/net-www/apache/apache-2.0.50-r1
2. emerge -av apache
3.

Actual Results:  
Symlink creation fails.

Expected Results:  
/var/log/apache2 should have been created, then the symlink to
/usr/lib/apache2/logs should have been set up.
