emerge --info bustle libpcap

dev-util/bustle is crashing with libpcap-1.8.1 as it has some problems with oversized d-bus packages.
There are some workarounds implemented in libpcap-upstream [1] and the developer of bustle suggests [2] to backport these to the current package.

Should be fixed in modern bustle-0.8.0
