Arch teams,

once @wizardedit signs off on this for init-system-helpers-1.49, please
stabilize both packages.


If init-system-helpers is not keyworded for your arch, since this is
just a shell script, I think we can add stable keywords so that we do
not block OpenRC stabilization.

We need to stabilize this version of OpenRC because there are
regressions in current stable which this version fixes.

All other arch teams, you will need to add a stable keyword to
sys-apps/system-init-helpers.

Remaining arch teams:

There was a very significant bug fix for s6 integration that was put in
openrc 0.34.8. So, I stabled it on all arches where 0.34.7 is stable.

Please continue stabilizing 0.34.8 instead of .7.
