Description barvins.test 2017-11-10 20:42:09 UTC
=dev-python/pycuda-2017.1 fails to compile with =dev-util/nvidia-cuda-toolkit-9.0.176. Requesting version bump to =dev-python/pycuda-2017.1.1 where this problem is fixed.

Comment 4 Harris Landgarten 2017-11-12 04:38:19 UTC
copying the current ebuild to pycuda-2017.1.1.ebuild builds to completion
Comment 5 Christopher Crammond 2017-12-13 00:39:21 UTC
Noticed that 2017.1 is known not to build with CUDA 9 and 2017.1.1 release addresses those issues (http://pycuda.2962900.n2.nabble.com/PyCUDA-Pycuda-installation-with-cuda-9-0-td7575822.html)
