EAPI=6 Version of phpsysinfo-3.2.8.ebuild |
Thank you for your contribution. I had a short look on the ebuild. Here a few ideas: * Please test the ebuild with repoman https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Repoman * We always try to use the latest EAPI, please bump to EAPI=6 * Please remove obsolete lines * please fix the header. (see /usr/portage/skel.ebuild and https://devmanual.gentoo.org/ebuild-writing/eapi/) * while at it, we should improve the DESCRIPTION an make it more neutral: DESCRIPTION="phpSysInfo displays system stats via PHP." EAPI=6 Version of phpsysinfo-3.2.8.ebuild
I tryed to satisfy your Ideas and tested this .ebuild on a 64bit ESXi and on a 64bit physical Engine.
May you have a second look on the ebuild.
(In reply to Jonas Stein from comment #1) > * We always try to use the latest EAPI, please bump to EAPI=6 I changed this at first. EAPI is now changed to EAPI=6. > * Please test the ebuild with repoman https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Repoman I did so till ther was no more failure to see. > * Please remove obsolete lines I could not recognize any obsolet lines in my first version. Please tell me, what problem you have identified here. > * please fix the header. (see /usr/portage/skel.ebuild and > https://devmanual.gentoo.org/ebuild-writing/eapi/) I did so. I hope, i completed all of the required points. > * while at it, we should improve the DESCRIPTION an make it more neutral: > DESCRIPTION="phpSysInfo displays system stats via PHP." Changed this, using your suggestions. Please have a further look at the ebuild and teach me, what to do next time.
