Hi,

Today I installed Git from 9999-r1, I was trying to see if new "es" translation was available (from Git 2.15.0), and I found that it indeed was in Spanish, even when there is no linguas_es USE flag.

I have my locale set to es_PE.UTF-8 so I imagine that's why git sets Spanish as default in CLI. I don't know if that's a feature or not, so I'm reporting to let you know that there is a new "es" translation too.
