init script and config for gpsd
So nobody needs this? Anyone? Seems usefull for me, but usb-gps has to be pluged in before, isn't it? Yes, that is correct. I wrote it because I have a special runlevel for wardriving which automatically starts gpsd and kismet_server. Could also be useful in a CarPC or the like. Please, attach plaintext files, we don't want any tarballs. http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/devrel/handbook/handbook.xml?part=2&chap=3#doc_chap2 Created attachment 67718 [details]
gpsd init script
This the init script from the tarball. I changed a few small things (like
header changes from Gentoo Technologies Inc. to Gentoo Foundation).

The config file for the init script
gpsd already seems to include an init script now. |
