None of the documentation for Rust is installed when doc is enabled.

In fact, it looks like the doc IUSE is not used at all.

All I have for docs is the COPYRIGHT and README files in /usr/share/doc/rust-1.19.0.

There's no /usr/share/rust-1.19.0/doc.

obsolete, closing.
new ebuilds do install docs.
