Description André Terpstra 2017-10-10 04:45:11 UTC
I ran an occasional check including perl-cleaner and wanted to run python-updater also. However the command was not found to my surprise. Has it been removed from the system profile?

Also a (minor?) error was reported:

OberonGentoo ~ # python-updater

...after emerging it manually, of course
Comment 2 Mike Gilbert gentoo-dev 2017-10-11 21:39:44 UTC
python-updater is obsolete and no longer necessary.

Thanks I missed that. I assume there has been a news item?
