ebuild an patch file

pdf generated by inkscape or cairosvg are missing tiny elements, depending on the size of the document.

I described the bug in https://github.com/Kozea/CairoSVG/issues/160 and after some investigations I found it is fixed in current source.

To get around I installed cairo-1.15.8 snapshot locally and applied the patch

Please write the exact category and package name in the title. 
Do you mean x11-libs/cairo-1.14.8 ?

This is an upstream issue found in current cairo-1.14.8/10 but is corrected in upstream master.

The related bug is 
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=103071

Maybe someone is able to port that back to the current versions?

Cairo 1.16.0 is in tree :)
