I'm using the official german rsync rotation for syncing. If I happen to sync against rsync5.de, portage will be downgraded to a state about two weeks back. It seems that the update process of this server has stopped.
I tried to e-mail the maintainer at rsyncadm@schwarzvogel.de as suggested in the server greeting but got back the response:
rsyncadm@schwarzvogel.de:
SMTP error from remote server for RCPT TO command, host: mail.schwarzvogel.de (88.99.5.140) reason: 550 unknown user

Could this mirror be taken off the list please until this is resolved?
