This revision adds support for elogind, fixes gtk-doc support, handling of XDG_* variables during build and cross-compilation. This particular revision has been in tree since July.

pay attention.

the elogind use-flag is actually masked in portage/profiles.
if the goal of sys-auth/polkit-0.113-r4 ebuild is to add support to elongid, we have a loop.

please unmask elogind use-flag from portage/profiles.

We can unmask the USE flag when all required supporting packages are stable.
