build.log w/o HTML-Template installed
Just on behalf of perl team, its not actually clear from this build log that HTML::Template is required, or how it connects to the failure. The notice of: --- Checking prerequisites... requires: ! HTML::Template is not installed ERRORS/WARNINGS FOUND IN PREREQUISITES. You may wish to install the versions of the modules indicated above before proceeding with this installation --- Is considered advisory, because upstreams frequently over-declare and under-declare dependencies. ( For example, declaring dependencies that are only required to test as runtime requirements, which produces this warning ) The issue as far as I can tell is something around pod2man: --- for f in master/_bin/munin-update master/_bin/munin-limits master/_bin/munin-html master/_bin/munin-graph; do \ pod2man --section=8 --release= --center="Munin Documentation" build/"$f" > build/doc/`basename $f`.8; \ done Option release requires an argument Option release requires an argument Option release requires an argument Option release requires an argument ---- (In reply to Kent Fredric (IRC: kent\n) from comment #2) > > The issue as far as I can tell is something around pod2man: Indeed, see bug 632320 for correct report/ |
