After the recent kde stabilization  I have this problem:

I have a notebook, with a secondary monitor which works as a primary monitor. I have also two virtual desktop. While I change from the desktop 1 to the desktop 2, the kde start menu won't work anymore until the reboot.

Reproducible on a clean user profile? (create a test user)

I'll try. It happens only when the secondary monitor is plugged in.

It does happen randomly, the behavior is not always the same. For example now it is working. It didn't friday.

What exactly isn't working? Just the meta hotkey or...?

Yes the meta key, but I'm unable to say exactly how to reproduce the issue. It does not work randomly.

Just to clarify, to test it:
- switch on the second virtual desktop;
- switch again on the first;
- click to the K hotkey;

If it will open the menu, it will work for the entire session, otherwise it won't work for the entire session.

Is it still happening with 5.12.5/5.12.6/5.13.5? Do you have an upstream report for us to track?

I'm not using a secondary monitor atm, let's close as obsolete for now
