Attached patch upgrades poEdit to 1.3.0. Changes:
* corrected licence information
* removed db4 patch (it's now in upstream sources)
* added "spell" USE flag for new spellchecker feature

Thanks, Vaclav, I appreciate the patch. Tested on gtk, gtk2 and gtk2+unicode and added to CVS.
