I just installed a binary package from a local binhost to a new machine.

Dependencies are missing:
ldd /usr/bin/audacity |grep not\ found
liblilv-0.so.0 => not found
libsuil-0.so.0 => not found

Other words,  media-sound/audacity-2.1.3-r1 has automagic on media-sound/jack-audio-connection-kit:0,media-libs/lilv:0,media-libs/suil:0
