inkscape update to 0.40

I don't think the 0.40 release has already been released.  http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=93438

But maybe it is a good idea to mark version 0.39 stable.  Becaus it doesn't have any open bugs.  And compiles smoothlessly on my system.

Inkscape 0.39 is _not_ stable... Try opening the Object > Text and Font dialog. Instant segfault.

Three comments:

1.) This bug can be closed, or not? Inkscape 0.40 has still not been released so this BR is simply wrong...

2.)

Is your crash the same as bug 67781?

3.) 0.39 doesn't crash on my system and I use Inkscape a lot (lets say, 30 minutes per day since 0.39 has been released, makes some full days I think).

I probably downloaded a Development snapshot at that time :\, lets wait until they release it for real.
