I had installed gnome2 but It don't like me.
I used to use WindoMaker. Now I do: emerge unmerge gnome
but all the other stuff emerge was installed when
i did: emerge gnome is still insalled. Now it seems
i have to do an emerge unmerge for all those packages 
one per one.

Is there any emerge unmerge posibility of uninstall
all those packages at a time ?

Bug 6298 asks for what you want and more, so discussion would fit better under 
that one ;)
