~arm keyword needs to be added to app-misc/ddcutil since >=kde-plasma/powerdevil-5.11[brightness-control] depends on app-misc/ddcutil.

Where are you seeing powerdevil 5.11? The latest I see in portage is 5.10.4.

I have ddcutil 0.8.4 in a PR with 0.7.1 being deleted. If ddcutil is compatible with arm, then wait to keyword 0.8.4.

Thanks for the links. I studied the kde commit and found that ddcutil needs to have the lib enabled, which was currently under the enable-api-libs use flag, but renamed to api-libs. I decided to push a new update to the PR that removes the use flag and just sets it to enabled. The difference is that the library is now external rather than internal. I never liked the flag anyways.
