I suggest to remove this package, because

* it is practically unmaintained; bugs get no attention: 598690
* could not find any server which is still usable for this software which renders the too useless
* upstream stopped development long ago
* GENTOO_MIRRORS="" ebuild bloboats-1.0.2.ebuild fetch
  HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 404 Not Found
