I didn't want to commit any changes to kde.eclass without you guys looking at this  first. Attached patch will make (nearly) all kde packages aware of the CONF_LIBDIR envvar [via eutils.eclass:get_libdir()]

Amd64 team needs this for a smooth transition to multilib support.

The change looks fine to me as long as the amd64 team is committed to supporting anything that may break :)

Anyway, feel free to commit to portage.
