I don't see how to get the euscan report for maintainer-needed packages. The problem is that, currently, there is no maintainer-needed alias used in metadata.xml, then, I cannot simply check for packages assigned to it. 

euscan should try to make the missing maintainer behave similar as if it was assigned to maintainer-needed@gentoo.org then :/
