Create a CSS rule so that anchor links appearing inside <kbd> tags are not colored blue.

Blue links on the black background are difficult to see.

GLEPs are on www.g.o now and the links in the original document(s) hosted on the wiki have been fixed using <nowiki> tags. This bug is now obsolete.
