Document $kpsewhich_show variable.
In deps_list, correct bug in identifying generated files. Otherwise, generated files could have been identified as true source files.
Correct ordering of list of options given by -help.
Fix incorrect deletion of non-generated aux files.
Optimize away current directory string in $out_dir and $aux_dir.
A simple bump should work fine.
