Comment 10 Andreas Sturmlechner gentoo-dev 2017-07-22 07:49:56 UTC
This looks like a duplicate of bug 621458 which was fixed in
git commit 3ec2c9a86396339b91cb961888be16382558aa26 - I can not reproduce this
test failure (with kpackage unmerged before trying).
Comment 11 Toralf Förster gentoo-dev 2017-07-22 13:56:26 UTC
(In reply to Andreas Sturmlechner from comment #10)
it still fails here at more than 1 image ... :-(
Comment 12 Andreas Sturmlechner gentoo-dev 2017-07-23 21:54:57 UTC
When we compare the testfailure with the one from bug 621458

kf5.kcoreaddons.desktopparser: Could not locate service type file
  kservicetypes5/, tried
  ("/var/tmp/portage/kde-frameworks/kpackage-5.34.0/homedir/.local/share",
  "/usr/local/share", "/usr/share")

while yours just reads:

tried ("/root/share", "/usr/local/share", "/usr/share")

So for some reason ${HOME} is not considered and any test we fixed that way is still broken on your images.
