When sending an email, one selects "options->Return Receipt".
It does not actually tag the email so that it requires "Return Receipt".
In fact the "options->Return Receipt" is a NOP (No operation).
It should add "Return-Receipt-To:" to the email header, but it fails to do it.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Write email.
2. Select "Options->Return Receipt"
3. Send

The receiving end will not see "Return-Receipt-To:" in the SMTP header.
Actual Results:  
The receiving end will not see "Return-Receipt-To:" in the SMTP header.

Expected Results:  
"Return-Receipt-To:" should be in the SMTP header.

open a new bug if this is still the issue with latest stable release please.
