For consistency across the Gentoo sites, I'd like to transition the section headings and links (navbar or other) to sentence case. The Guidelines on the wiki have been advising this for years. Wiki is entirely sentence case.

Sentence case is easier on the eyes has better flow. I understand perhaps not everyone would agree, but I imagine almost no one will notice.

The only header that was left to adjust was "Infra Status" site in the Tyrian drop down menu, which was completed in the following commit: https://gitweb.gentoo.org/sites/wiki/skin-tyrian.git/commit/?id=764be2f412d4d7184064e2a2e32641c8c150cdb2
