This is worse than a test failure, and I think we should consider tree-cleaning this:

- Broken since 5.16 ( http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=XML-AutoWriter+0.4 )
- This is the first we've heard of it
- No Reverse Deps

Axe it.
