here is a updated ebuild of xephem the old one didnt optimize the binary at all
and also it didnt use a md5sum so i added the tarball to src_url but
it seems to not check for file in portage dir first it trys dling it 
so maybe that should be disabled
also made it so the ebuild installed the man page
