Our torsocks ebuild is affected by upstream bug https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/20871

Perhaps we can apply the fix via epatch? Otherwise torsocks is broken for a large number of programs.

Looks like this bug was fixed a while back: https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/core/torsocks/-/commit/15465aa7ace1d5e6dbb58e7adf37933b48e20250

The fix is included in the version of torsocks currently in Gentoo.
