libffado - IEEE1394 (Firewire) audio device driver library

I'll submit a GitHub PR shortly and am happy to proxy-maintain.

Of note, this will become a dep of media-sound/jack-audio-connection-kit, which is keyworded:

So it sounds like I need to ping all those arch teams to get the keywords added, or else drop them from the revised JACK ebuild, correct?
