I really know nothing about writing ebuilds, and will do this myself when I have time to, but if anyone's up for writing an ebuild for this indispensible tool, please do.  Link is to original source.  Having it on distfiles mirrors would be nice, too. :)

you might start off by telling us what this is supposed to do, and why we should include it in portage. This not being a package, I'm fairly disinclined.
