reikna-0.6.8.ebuild

reikna describes itself as "GPGPU algorithms for PyCUDA and PyOpenCL" (see https://pypi.python.org/pypi/reikna and http://reikna.publicfields.net/en/latest/index.html ).

As all dependencies are already available in portage and reikna sees active development I would like to have it in portage, too.

The attached minimal ebuild works for me™.
