Doing a 'ebuild /usr/portage/net-dns/djbdns/djbdns-1.05-r13.ebuild digest'  doesn't fix it.

Please try re-syncing and running again. I sync'd via rsync and cvs and both digests files contain full digests of all patches. My 1 day old rsync did show that their digests were incomplete which could have caused your error. I do not know what was wrong with that rsync but I will investigate. Reopn if you're still experiencing problems.
