It's highly likely that you ran out of memory, can you check dmesg for oom-killer messages? yep, probably is [257483.863859] lowmemorykiller: send sigkill to 29798 (cc1plus), adj 0, size 219478 [257483.863877] lowmemorykiller: send sigkill to 29792 (cc1plus), adj 0, size 191937 [257483.863898] lowmemorykiller: send sigkill to 29810 (cc1plus), adj 0, size 96844 Problem happened in a chroot environment. No problem with direct boot into the OS. |
