You have ~x86 in your ACCEPT_KEYWORDS. Maybe there is a problem with a dependency package. I've put "media-viedo/cinelerra ~x86" into /etc/portage/package.keywords and it worked fine. Is there a reason why you're using ~x86 for all packages? >Is there a reason why... ~x86 ... for all packages...
yes!
to annoy the developers with bug reports!
actually, I hope that I'd be helping by catching things before they creep into x86
I don't actually use cinellera.. I haven't figured out how it works yet!
anyway, i'm willing to do some more diagnostic stuff if need be
compile fails in linking, but their make never fails on this, scroll up and you see a myriad of unresolved symbols, it will take some extra time to fix cinelerra up for gcc3.4 feel invited to get to the bottom of this, for now i only have time to ask to scroll up till you see the link errors i mentioned good luck Maybe it works with the ebuild posted in Bug report #62367 (http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62367) Created attachment 39817 [details] gcc341_cinelerra121-compile_failure.log my output from failed compile/install; gcc 3.4.1 on athlon-xp. agree with Comment #3 it is time to fix cinelerra. cinelerra-cvs works fine, I'll phase out cinelerra in favour of cvs.cinelerra.org branch |
