Since 2.2.0 it has Python 3 supported -- https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/python_3_support.html. I've tried it and it works fine w/ mine Python 3.5 default.

The impression I get is that it's still a work in progress, even if it is mostly working.  That's why I haven't added it yet to the tagged releases.  It is part of the 9999 package though.

sure, 2.3.2.0-r1 has 3_5 now and 9999 added 3_6
