fix systemd utils dir in gentoo specific config

I guess systemd change the a path from /usr/lib/systemd to /lib/systemd. The systemd dracut module cannot find bianry systemd-udevd. This can be fixed by adjusting the gentoo specific config used in the module setup script. Patch attached.
