With x11-libs/vte-0.10.25, build of tck-gtk fails because vte_terminal_set_scroll_background
does not exist.  With vte-0.11.11, build is successful, and demos (such as they are) run.

So, tcl-gtk-0.08.ebuild needs a DEPEND something like
  >=x11-libs/vte-0.11.xxx
(or whatever version of vte is needed).

My system is sparc, but I doubt that architecture has anything to do with this.
