Description Mauro Sciaccaluga 2002-08-07 16:09:00 UTC
I noticed yet from early versions of gdm that when i try to change the theme
supplying the root password in the gdm configuration tool it doesnt change the
theme, i saw there should be two themes, but i cannot use the other one. Can u
check if its just a problem of mine?

thanks

known error, its fixed and working in the latest( masked ) version.. feel free
to test this so that upgrades go smooth.. all should be ready for prime any
second now.

Comment 3 Mauro Sciaccaluga 2002-08-08 06:04:02 UTC
I meant 2.4.0.x :)
Comment 4 Spider (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2002-08-08 07:54:55 UTC
Yes, I meant the latest masked version, it was a known bug that the two versions
before it had broken graphics. upstream bug with broken themes. :/
Comment 5 Mauro Sciaccaluga 2002-08-17 05:40:40 UTC
now it works... i had to add another theme so it allowed me to use other themes. i dunno why! thanks anyway!
Comment 6 Spider (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2002-08-17 06:03:22 UTC
the reason it works is that we updated the gdm version again :)
Comment 7 Mauro Sciaccaluga 2002-08-17 10:04:18 UTC
spider: nope! cos first I tried your updated version without my workaround! and
i didnt work for me! Then after I added another theme to the 2 default themes
and now i can change!
