eventd-0.22.0 now uses meson explicitly. I can implement all the needed bits in ebuild (and did so in my overlay), but let's see if Gentoo will have an eclass quick enough for us to use.

I suggest handling it in ebuild for now and not wait, especially if you don't need multilib here.

0.23.0 is out. We'll skip 0.22.0.
