Updated to python 3.6 and have this output in terminal.

[ebuild   R    ] dev-libs/protobuf-3.1.0  PYTHON_TARGETS="-python3_4*"

dev-libs/protobuf still has some issues with python 3.6.

>=dev-python/protobuf-python-3.3.0-r1 already supports CPython 3.6.
