There is a bug in current stable spice-gtk-0.31: if window size is equal or less than the size of VM screen, then screen content is not refreshing (for example of you click "View" -> "Resize to VM" in virt-manager). Update to 0.33-r1 fixed this problem for me. This issue was introduced recently, presumably after stabilization of gnome-related packages. So could we please stabilize:
