pkg-config 0.15.0 compiles and installs, and merges without errors on my Mac OS X system (keyword ~macos, had to ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~ppc" to get it)

The Gentoo for Mac OS X handbook says that we should report successful compiles to the bug tracking system so that they can add the macos keyword in.

Steps to Reproduce:
ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~ppc ppc macos ~macos" emerge pkgconfig
Actual Results:  
It worked

Expected Results:  
It should have worked :)

The pkg.m4 is not installed in /usr/share/aclocal. This causes autotools setups that use the pkgconfig macros to fail to build.
