kde-frameworks/kdbusaddons is not needed.

virtual/jpeg - should be needed unconditionally, as plucker generator uses it directly (or should be hidden under plucker use flag together with dependency on sys-libs/zlib).

BTW, it makes sense to rename jpeg use flag to exif.

Yes, that makes sense. Removing kdbusaddons requires upstream patching though.
