openrc is the primary system on gentoo, but I agree, that it can not hurt to have a working documentation for systemd too. I fear it is not efficient to work on this via bug tracker. The best would be to share your experience on the wiki and perhaps contact the systemd team via IRC https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Systemd, or get help on #gentoo. I do not know which wiki documents you are referring to. Links would be helpful. https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Systemd is not intended as a start from scratch guide.
