Bug 615228 – media-libs/tiff-4.0.7-r2 fails at build libtiff without -std=gnu11 (and patch)

Hi! media-libs/tiff-4.0.7-r2 fails at build because the libtiff source did not compile because of C99 or C11 standard.
So I made a patch to fix that, I'll attach it then.

you must attach the build log and emerge --info in all of your bug reports.  this patch is incorrect and won't be merged, but we can't figure out the right fix w/out logs.

I had the same problem but, meanwhile, r3 of this package has been released which solves the issue.

Installing media-libs/tiff-4.0.7-r3 also solved the issue for me.
