Running xvt from xterm or rxvt
root # xvt
xvt: Can't open a pseudo teletype
xvt: Quitting
root #


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge xvt
2. open xterm and run it

Actual Results:  
xvt: Can't open a pseudo teletype
xvt: Quitting



Expected Results:  
A terminal emulator window would've opened.
